Like for example Roy Kinnear's band manager from Mike and the Mechanics "All I Need is a Miracle" music video. When he arrives in our world, at least some people will try to treat him as if he's Roy Kinnear... only, he's not, he's an unnamed 1980s band manager.
Any others you'd like to bring to our world?

Music video characters don't really count as fictional characters - or characters at all. Also there are already many people that look the same, so. There are propably music videos with background dancer\models that look like you or me or Tim.
From Pokémon I'd bring the "Sinnoh Trio" (Dawn, Lucas, and Barry) and their Pokémon teams, while from The Sims 3 I'd bring Susan, Boyd, and Blair Wainwright, and Cycl0n3 Sw0rd.

I would bring Nyssa of Traken to our world. I'm sure I don't have to tell you all why

Yeah, that's it. Mind you, I had to go and look "waifu" up Well, it's mostly used for anime\manga and stuff that has anime style (such as the Pokémon or Touhou games) With live-action shows usually the word "bae" is used.

And I had to look "bae" up as well 2010 slang confuses you a bit, does'nt it? Of course, I'm way less casual than you, so I don't think that 2040 slang will confuse me.

Not surprising, since my upbringing is anchored in the 1980's.

Not surprising, since my upbringing is anchored in the 1980's. Yeah. Also you're more... "casual" than I am. I was heavily into Classic Who when I made Trakenboard so it attracts older people. One day, I will be the middle-aged woman in a fandom full of 15 year old kids.

Of course, Classic Who was my Doctor Who.
Don't get me wrong, I like NuWho, but it was never "my" Who.

What character would you bring into our world, Gaia? I don't really have any preferences right now. Does it need to be only one character? If not, I'd bring Red, Leaf, Blue, Ethan, Kris, Silver, Lyra, Brendan, May, Wally, Lucas, Dawn, Barry, Cheryl, Riley, Mira, Marley, Buck, Hilbert, Hilda, Cheren, Bianca, N, Nate, Rosa, Hugh, Yancy, Curtis, Calem, Serena, Shauna, Tierno, Trevor, Sun, Moon, Hau, Lillie, Gladion, and their respective Pokémon teams. I don't want to bring only one character, I want to bring the whole gang! For a new alternative, what about the new Voltron's Shiro, Hunk, Lance, Keith, Pidge, Allura, and Coran?
