a Background Pony that fanonically is named Doctor Whooves and acts like a ponified version of the Doctor. Husband of Derpy Hooves and adoptive stepfather of Amethyst Star and Dinky Hooves. His other Companions are the other popular background ponies.

Well, then yes, it would count as non-canon Who.

Well, then yes, it would count as non-canon Who. Like a sort-of fanfiction.

Yeah, that's it.
Maybe you could write a Fan Fiction about Doctor Whooves.

Yeah, that's it. Maybe you could write a Fan Fiction about Doctor Whooves. I've tecnically done so. My Doctor Who fanfic were tecnically also Doctor Whooves fanfic. And I also don't really like MLP either.

Doctor Whooves clearly happens in an alternate reality. an alternate crossover reality from both MLP:FiM and Doctor Who In MLP:FiM the background ponies are just models they randomly use to fill a scene and there seem to be many of each, and are just represented in the show with the same appearance. So there is many ponies that are represented in the show as "doctor whooves".

Works for me Yeah. So there are Doctor Whooveses who are basically a ponified Tenth Doctor in personality\talents\life, and Doctor Whooveses who are nothing like the tenth doctor.

Yeah. When fanfictions had a "Doctor Whooves" that was'nt Doctor Who-inspired, they named him Sepia Tock (or something alongside those lines) and nowadays his names in stuff like blind bag figures, trading cards, brushables, picture books, etc. is "Time Turner". Unless they're aimed at the brony fandom then they call him Doctor Whooves. Or if there's a possibility of copyright infringiment they call him "Doctor Hooves" and pretend that it's normal for a pony to have doctor as part of their name. In the 19th century there were actually doctors that went by Doctor as it was really their name, so why could'nt a magical pony from a culture with names like Shine Wishes or Mayflower Stardust are normal, be actually named Doctor as part of their name?
