I also wouldn't mind bringing the character of Kole, from DC Comics Teen Titans, into the real world. Here is a picture of her:

Not surprising. Kole was part of the Titans in the 1980's, long before your time.

Oh yeah, that's right. She appeared in the animated TV series as well.
Nice that they included her, they treated her much better than the actual comics ever did, IMO.

She was killed off in the Crisis On Infinite Earths, in 1985. Kole briefly popped up in a book called Team Titans, in 1993. However, before they could reveal how that happened (how she returned from the dead), the book was cancelled. Aside from a few cameos here and there, that was pretty much it.

Well, Teen Titans tend to bring a lot of people back from the dead via reboots and stuff. It's easy you just need a Teen Titan with healing\reviving powers

Or someone could travel back in time to save her.

Or someone could travel back in time to save her. Or someone else could mutate the same powers and become the new Kole.

However, Kole is the characters actual birth name. Her name is Kole Weathers.
A rather unusual name for a women. Usually the name is spelled "Cole" and it's a man's name.

However, Kole is the characters actual birth name. Her name is Kole Weathers. A rather unusual name for a women. Usually the name is spelled "Cole" and it's a man's name. 1: That does'nt mean that everyone who takes the name "Kole" is actually named that, expecially as it's not that a common name. Think of like the PPGZ aren't really named Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup in their civilian life, but the original PPG were. Bucky Barnes is the 1st Bucky and Bucky is short for James Buchanan Barnes which is Bucky Barnes's full name, but there are other Bucky's with other names. 2: I guess so, then again it was intended to be trademarked. So they used a name that sounds like a person's name but is'nt used much as a first name. It is'nt a common last name either. So, "Kole" or "Kolin" would fit a lot as the name for a protagonist of something that's a bit fantasy. If the character gets a spinoff then you can easily trademark it. Hence fictional characters often have weird names. Nothing's stopping me from naming a protagonist "Andromeda Stardust Treetopia-Kellistar", but a lot of things can stop me from a protagonist named "Mary Leigh Smith".

That's Captain America's friend, right? Kole was created by Marv Wolfman. No doubt he still owns the copyright on the character. As to that is the reason he gave her that name, your guess is as good as mine.

That's Captain America's friend, right? Yup. Well some people say they're dating. Kole was created by Marv Wolfman. No doubt he still owns the copyright on the character. As to that is the reason he gave her that name, your guess is as good as mine. Well those superheroes aren't necessarily created by a single person. Most characters aren't. For example, Mario's name was suppose to be Jumpman. BUT the Japanese guy that owned the non-Japanese branches of Nintendo, renamed him Mario (after Mario Segale) so he could have an italo-american background everywhere but Japan, China, and Korea. Canonically, in Japan, Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Wario, Waluigi, and Rosalina are of a species named "Homo nintendonus" and the "Italo-American" accents are affected accents for personality, like most accents of anime characters and japanese videogame characters. The same thing could've happened for Kole. And not necessarily because her previous name would'nt have flown in other countries. It could've been to make the character's name look more teenaged, or for copyright reasons.
